  • WHAT GIVES?! I GO TO THE SITE YOU PLUG ON THE VIDEOS AND I GET A VIRUS?! WTF KIND OF OPERATION ARE YOU RUNNING

  • @rchouser123

I know I am sorry about that I am working on it now. My hosting company switch some stuff around and ever sense I have been having problems.

  • @ComptonNik17

    This

  • Great shot.whats was the wind speed.sounds blowy

  • What they don't show, is, the clip they unloaded getting it sighted in.

  • @archer229 He's shooting at an angle, so of course the bullet hit the ground 2 foot to the right, but it went through the balloon first. It doesn't really matter though, I see you don't have any 1,320 yard shots of your own so shut up.

  • I did not see the ballon pop. Looked like a miss to me swagger

  • @TxMade006 Where's your 1,320 yard shot video? Don't have one? Yeah, I didn't think so. Shut up.

  • There are so many variables! I cant believe people can do this! Amazing!

  • Nice shooting. And to those of you who cannot understand numbers; 1,320 YARDS = 1,200 METERS = 3/4 MILE. BTW, what ammo did you use to make that shot?

  • @zkriski It's just a little bit more than an inch at 100 yards. 1.047 inches. Once you get around 1000 yards and further it's very important not to round this number.

A mil is short for milliradian. Radians are sort of like degrees but are more useful in the math that is practical for shooting, like finding the range to a target just using mildots in your scope and knowing how tall the target is. A milliradian is .001 radian and would be about 3.6 inches at 100 yards. Look it up it's cool.

  • you should use another camera to record the impact

  • what is the difference between mil and MOA? I'm familiar with mil but have never heard of MOA. Is it just like yards and meters or what? thanks

  • @coyotehunter118 The difference between the two is about the same as the difference between feet and meters. They both "measure" the same thing. One milliradian is about 3.6 inches at 100 yards, one minute of angle is about 1 inch at 100 yards. MOA is a more precise angular measurement, but I personally think that mils are a little easier to work with. 1 mil is 1 yard at 1000 yards and it also happens to be 1 meter at 1000 meters, which makes the math for range estimation pretty simple.

  • @coyotehunter118 (pt 2) I just noticed you said you are already familiar with milliradians...

  • my bad,I was thinking feet and not yards - again great shot!

  • nice shot,but 1320 is a

    1/4 mile

  • @TheRamair4

    No 440 yards is a 1/4............880 is a half, 1320 is 3/4 and 1760 yards is a mile

  • @seanpomerinke it's just god dam far!

  • @TheRamair4 its actually 3/4 of a mile

  • @TheRamair4

Your thinking of 1320 feet not 1320 yards as in the video.

    @seanpomerinke

Great shot by the way and lots of good videos too.

  • @TheRamair4 (1320) YARDS = 3960 feet

  • @TheRamair4 lol.....?

  • @TheRamair4 1 mile = 5280 feet 1 mile = 1760 yard

  • @lastzombiehunter preposterous

  • @TheRamair4 You would be correct, if it were feet. But it obviously says yards, so.. yeah

  • LOL he took a stop sign.

  • @fijillian

    Found it ;-)

  • it would have been more epic with a blue balloon......just sayin

  • what scope you using?

  • I love watching your vids, and get a kick how most will have someone comment how they can shoot better, longer etc. I don't think they know how hard and expensive this type of shooting is. Just setting up the target is a pain. Super job.

  • nice, very nice. do you shoot using 1/10mil or MOA

  • @jefferydawson777 1/4 moa

  • Nice!

  • NICE! Sounds like there is a lot of wind too. Great shot

  • looked like you missed high and right

  • better then porn

  • Good shot, especially with the amount of wind blowing. well done.

  • WOW that is so far away

  • this guy could shoot a bullet into someones bum hole from this far

  • Nice shot man. What set up are you using.

  • hey what cal is that rifle??

  • @oosniperm200

    30 cal

  • @seanpomerinke What set up are you using. also the web sight advertised is not working. is it down?

  • @hitman53184

    its a Remington 700 300 ultra mag

And I just went to the my site and it worked for me

  • Great shot!

  • Great shot mate. The wind sounded downright awful too. I wouldn't want to walk in your neck of the woods :)

  • Would be cool if there was a camera at the target as well...

  • I thought about doing that. The next camera that I get will be a very nice camera that is HD with a better zoom. After that I will have two and will leave one at the target.

  • Holy shit thats amazing. My record is 1110 =D. Dude you have to teach me. (my hit was a deer though).

  • Are you sure that was a hit????? From what I seen and I might be wrong, but it looked like a miss to me..

  • ya it hit it is just hard to tell from a computer. I still have the paper plate that was behind the balloon. The bullet actually hit to the left side of the plate about a half inch in.

  • That was awesome. You should add a video section to the site so we can post our videos. The only videos I have are with my M44 from the first trip to the range but I am going to take my Garand and Kar98k soon to get some vids.

  • thats a good idea. I think I will set it up some time tonight. Thanks

  • I need to find a place to shoot like that but living in So Cal I don't think I will.

  • Holy crap that is some crazy range!

  • Incredible man.

  • Which model 700 is this? I'm looking into the SPS for long-range, but I can only find it with a 20" barrel. I've got my eye on the 700 Target Tactical, but I'm about $2k short :(

  • Just a good old .300 RUM BDL nothing fancy

and if you want to shoot long range I would say that you need at least a 26 inch barrel and nothing less.

  • You should of been on the movie shooter LOL nice shot!

  • what kind of scope do you use?

  • A LRS-1

6x25x56 1/4 MOA with a 140 MOA of internal adjustment.

  • what type of windage adjustments are you using that sounds like some strong ass wind you are a hell of a shot

  • That was such a long time ago to tell you the truth I cant remember. I think it was only like three feet or so but not sure. LOL

  • you sure it was a 'hit'? looks like it could have gone a little high and the dirt and rocks popped the balloon...

  • sick shot man,

    snipe of the century!!!

  • man , sounds like there was some wind too, wow good shootin man !!!!!

  • what kind of gun did you use

  • .300 ultra mag

  • cool

  • you can just hear the wind! good shot!

  • Thank you

  • Nice job Pomeinke! Lets see how we do with the 1900 yard one this spring! Hopefully we can get in to the 2500 yard one fairly soon this year too! :{)

  • very nice...

  • Crackin shot mate

  • DAMN STRONG WIND GOOD SHOT

  • WHAT KIND OF GUN WAS THAT??????

  • that is a Remington M700 300 ultra mag

  • That was an excellent shot.

  • if you look close the red ballon is on a paper plate on top of a stop sign that I used to reflect the laser from my range finder. Its hard to see on such small video but if you look hard you can see it.
