Please! Who do u wan them to imitate? American slang? British slang? Aussie slang? Come on, they are Singaporeans of course they will speak Singlish. I've enough of this attitude of Singaporeans thinking they must copy others to be correct. Have you wonder what soil you r stepping on now, and have you any idea how impressive on many fronts esp economically speaking, this developed country is in international standing? And BTW don't forget all of us speak at least 2 languages.
