I would also add that these criminals could offer something positive with their deaths after execution and that is the harvest of there body parts for patients waiting for donor organs. The state federal governments along with the federal burea of prison should have juristiction over this by law.

I agree, cases like this, yes it warrants the death penalty. I would also add that these criminals could offer something positive with their deaths after execution and that is the harvest of there body parts for patients waiting for donor organs. The state federal governments along with the federal burea of prison should have juristiction over this by law.
