Very nice job. Two suggestions though. As blueflame said, you've got a little timing issue, but also, only one person at a time can play lead. In the beginning, both y'all were trying to play lead and that lends to the out of time sound. It's great to have two lead guitarists, but it's just noise if they try to play it at the same time. Decide who's going to play lead on which parts and stick to it. You'll sound more polished that way.

Great job otherwise. I'd like to hear more.
