@soutwi You can messages in to anyone in Australia (or the world) if they have an Apple or Android device with textPlus on it. You can also send to any regular phone in the U.S. or Canada.

@xXJamin93Xx There is no way to change your username other than to log out and register a different username. The only exception would be to try to email customer support (support@gogii.net) and maybe they will change it for you

I NEED HELP lol.. I am on the app store on my ipod touch when i search for textplus it brings up like 3 different ones one that says free & 2nd one says silver .99 3rd says gold .99.. when i click on all of them none of them show me an option to download.. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE TEXTPLUS I've been looking on youtube & no one has it. Please help thanks!!!

@octprincess17 Hi, so when you click on the free one in the store there is a blue-ish button in the top area that says "FREE"; tap that free button and it will become an "INSTALL" button. Hit that and it will ask you for your itunes account info. It won't charge you since you are installing the free version, Apple just makes you sign in to iTunes for all store downloads.

@MeIsCamilla In the app you can log out by going to More > Account Settings > Logout button at the top. If you are on a regular phone using textplus via SMS (60611), you cannot log out because your account is tied to your phone number.

i just put icall and textplus 4 on my iphone 4 and i call and text fo free! the only things i hate is text plus. when u send text, it says from TextPlus user (urusernamehere) then ur name and a sucky phone number. and for icall they cant call u back

@Aerochalklate Hm you must not be using the latest version, which is currently textPlus 4 v4.4. Get that and go into account settings to get a free phone number. Then your text messages will come from a regular phone number and it won't say your textplus name and (username)

when will textplus 4 for android be available

@krest2012 i would say some time in the first half of next year. BUT - if you have access to an ipod/iphone, you can log in, get a textPlus telephone number, then log out. Then, go back to textPlus on your Android and it will be the same as having a telephone number - messages sent to that number will arrive on your Android. (Assuming that's the feature you are interested in). If it's picture messaging you want, that will have to wait until the next release.

@krest2012 FYI we now have POPtext in the android market which is has improvements over the current Android port of textPlus (ex. picture messaging)
