Remember during the fame she had more of the sweet voice and then she kinda started smoking and drinking more, then she kinda started to sound a little more smoky, i luv it! Does anyone know why she was at the clinic? I originally thought the clinic scene didnt actually happen in real life and was a metaphor for how she felt after being dropped. But in this interview she made it seem like everything in the video actually happened. Also, what is she referring to when she said "only 2 people knew exactly what happened that day"? Her family and friends must have known when she got dropped. Is she talking about how nobody knew how hard she took it? I'm so confused.

@Katie098987 My understanding of it (and I might be wrong) is that she was in the clinic for something that happened as a result of her fragile mental state as a result of being dropped. Something like a suicide attempt ("I wish they'd only given me the gummy bears"), anorexia, abortion ("no being intimate with anyone for two weeks"). I think we're supposed to be confused, I think that's part of what makes the video so interesting! But like I said, knowing Gaga I might be totally off base.
