I think just think of the way U want them to look like and try that or even just do little bits on the outside. That's wut i do for the shape.

@MaiziraSuzuki i actually have had the exact same problem, but not anymore. i remember when i first started plucking my eyebrows, the hairs (if you can say so?) were actually really "tightly" attached, and they were very thick. pretty much every time i plucked, i bled. but i think when i started plucking regularly, they became thinner and more loosely attached, and thus getting off more easily = no bleeding. but i think its just something that get better by time, hope that helped!

If you wanna do this without hurting you should take a wash cloth and soak it with hot water. Put it on your brows for about 30 second then tht makes your pores bigger so it wont hurt tht much :)
