I have been sitting on the fence about getting an iphone. I have wanted one, but the price was prohibative to me since I bought a $600 phone about a year and a half ago and didn't want to shell out another big chunk. They don't offer any features that my dedicated devices don't already have. And the features that they do offer are of a lesser degree.

I'd love to see some honest justifications for buying an iPhone. :-)
