I like to dance, so when I'm at home I listen to music and dance to pass the time. And when I'm drinking you cant make me quit dancing...lol.. I just move however I feel is right in my body. I find new ways to move my body and I just do it. Thats why I dance...to feel good! I'm not a pro...so a how to video never crossed my mind. But maybe I could do one soon just to see how it turns out =)
