try it with shuv its, and once u got the concept of stoping the spin with your front foot, bring it to pop, and then you learn to stop the spin and the riseing, then bring your back foot on the way down, or at the peak dont try them like him at first, u can do that once u get a normal fron foot catch then u can strech out like that after a while
