@geepeeone Hi- sorry for the delay. Of course you can practice your swing with a racket but since a racket is a "fixed" object you can hold an incorrect grip, have a hitch and do numerous inefficient movements with it and still go through a motion. With The Total Serve, since it is entirely flexible, if your grip is wrong or you have a hitch (this is only one example) the motion will "breakdown" or stop, generally tapping you in the back. This is only one example.sorry out of room
@petertakahashi It could! That's why you always start swinging SLOWLY until you understand the power of the weighted end. Once you get it you're fine. The point is to go slowly at first so that you can find where your flaws are.If you hit your leg you need earlier rotation from the ground up If you are a righty make sure that you drive your right hip forward before the swing.Do this by lifting your right heel and putting bottom of foot flat to back fence. This allows rotation
@plstrom Thanks, yes it is. I have a new instructional video coming up on the site March 15. It gives ideas of how to use TTS for forehands, backhands, overheads, stretching and strengthening. It also comes in 3 sizes now 27", 25", 23" for different size people and varying abilities. Also the range is great for all kinds of drilling
@triplex4286 Hi Triplex! Do you have one yet? It will really change your game. Since TTS is flexible you can't get away with incorrect grip, hitch, poor technique, etc. It teaches you what the serve should FEEL like. New video up on website March 15 shows use for forehands, backhands, overhead, strengthening and stretching. comes in 3 sizes 27", 25 " and 23" for different sizes and abilities.
@YeahhWalkAway Hi! Glad you found it useful! Any more aces? I have a new instructional video coming up on the site March 15 that will really help you. It is complete and also shows how to use TTS for forehands, backhands (1 and 2 hand), overheads, stretching and strengthening.
Keep using it. It doesn't help sitting in your bag!
Sorry for the delay. I have a new dvd/video coming out by March 15 on website that gives complete instruction and demos with a racket.

@Kiasko Good luck with that one! Maybe with a very strange doubles "partner". Not recommended for a successful endeavor
