Is d surface to surface or gravitational center to gravitational center? Im guessing the former since that is the location of the force, but not totally sure.
the formula is very basic. Fe=K q1.q2/r^2 if Fe is negative,the charges attract each other and if Fe is positive the charges repulse each other. K=9.10^9 N.m^2/C^2
Electrostatic forces of attraction and repulsion b/w 2 point charges is directly proportional product of charges and inversely proportional to square of distance
