One of the best series ever (aside from Queen Seon Deok) It's not really the love story that made me a huge fan of this, but the memorable script, the characters, the comedy, and the superb acting (especially Yisan and Daesu) It's hard to believe that Koreans are now better in making series than the west.

Yeah,it is really dramatic end for Dae-su.. But perhaps Dae-su found a girl, who really knows... We hope so.

At this point, i have to say that the story is about a king, it is not a love story. There is waiting lot's of problems for solve in his life. And the real story is about all of those problems, all those people, not just a girl... Love is a part of that big story.

the episode was in end of 61 and beginning of 62. =] You should watch the whole thing! I thought it was going to be boring so I never watched it, but after a very boring day I watched it. And I got hooked. This is one of the best dramas EVER! The romantic part is just the icing on the cake! =]

totally agree, but whats even sadder is Dae-su never got married to a girl. I wanted the producer and the screen writer to add an extra and prettier girl than they gave him, which was the damo girl who became the maid for the leading female character. He would have had a happy ending to. But oh will I geuss they didn't want to add to much characters than they already got and change their story line when they wrote it already.

will the drama was mostly supposed to be base on the king but the producer and screen writer added some fake facts about the reality of the king. saddest part was when she died...god i was soo pissed off...it took them like 60+ episodes to be together and they were only together for like 10 episodes...damn....i was soo mad!!!
