Wow! I like those kind of interactive books (esp for studying because it makes it easier to study) but when the author says to write in the book, or stick stuff in the book etc I'm always afraid to do it! It takes a lot of effort for me to actually use the book that way. Because I keep thinking, but what if I want to do it again? Or what if someone reads the book and finds out information about me? Or etc etc etc? Heh... I think too much.

I have "Wreck This Journal" by Keri Smith, which follows a similar concept. It's fun, but I find myself being far too much of a perfectionist when completing the challenges. For instance, one of them is to shower with the journal, and I'm like, "But then I'll ruin all the pretty pictures I drew on the other pages!" So I end up planning out the order in which I'll do the pages, which kind of defeats the purpose. Spontaneity is a quality I lack xD.
