I can't believe Tiffany was only 15 or 16 when she recorded this. She sounds very mature, vocally developed, and talented. Now a days the new teen pop singers of today like Miley Cirus for exam. sound like babies! Because that's what they are!! Ahhh!!!!

Very true, Tiffany always had a mature sounding adult voice. She can really sing too and didn't need digital effects to make her voice stronger.
