@darkenedwolf9 He could very well carry that, you dont know. I was around 210 when I was that age, give or take a year. For me, yes he didnt need to share, but he is 13. Boys at that age would tend to be a little conceited. But the uploader of the video didnt need to be a prick about that boys comments.

um the way i shoot it now is i have the center arrow as my mark and then you would have to experiment to find where to stand. just keep the center arrow as your mark and adjust your feet until you hit the 7 pin. also if you dont have a spare ball that helps a lot too. make sure you watch the ball go over the center arrow when you shoot the spare. i see a lot of people just wildly throw the ball and their spares and they miss all the time. hope this helped.

@ScubzMcTalBowling yah thanks um i usually shoot it with my spare wich is a white dot and for some reason it will curve at the last second and 3 out of 10 times i shoot it i make it. but thanks i wil try your tips saturday and see how they work

@history4675 Some suggestions from a fellow lefty. First, get a ball that skids well, doesn't hook a lot, and use that ball for your 7-pin spares. Second, stand with your left foot on the far right dot on the lane. Now, get your hand under the ball as much as possible. Start experimenting with rolling over an arrow or board that allows you to get a minimum hook and goes pretty much right at the 7 pin. Once you find that board or arrow you shouldn't have to adjust much from there. Good Luck!

The difference between a good shot and a bad one is the consistent slowing approach letting the ball get out on the lane by the four board watching IT do the work and not the arm. I saw one ball where you did that towards the end but you sped up the last two/ three shots.

@plainANDsimpleguy200 well it's suppose to help you get more spin on the ball because if you open your hand and tuck just your pinky you'll notice that you ring finger natural bends along with it. but it works for some people and doesn't for others. i tuck my pinky just because my uncle told me to do it once now it's just natural to tuck it. Just experiment with it.

Hey just a little fyi. Do what I did and work on hitting the same spot every time. You have the rotation down good, just a little here and there on target. And yes I am a certified usbc coach, so I do know what I am talking about. You have a good style, just little things to fix.

hey do u know how to fix tilt? its not bad at all in this video but in my newest vid some shots spin more like a top instead of end over end. i dont do it all the time but its those few shots that make me inconsistent. just wondering if u knew anything about it.

Just do your thing dude, consistency is one of the most important things, your ball has nice revs, you seem to be comfortable with this kind of release..

If you want to practise it, you just need to focus on your hand when you release to keep it under the ball. When you release your ball, try to grap your left ear (seem odd but it's effective)

ummm the video camera is an Everio JVC Hybrid. It has pretty good quality. I got it 3-4 years ago and i kinda wish i got an actual HD video camera. but oh well this will have to do.

most cameras are 15 images per second, HD is what 60 images per second?

how much images does your camera have?

um i want to say mine has 30fps but it could be less. the max resolution on it is 720x480. i got it for $500 about 3 years ago.

there are other everio jvc video cameras that record with a 1920x1080 resolution. so that would be much better quality and it would probably have higher fps but you would have to pay about $1000+

i wish i spent my money on a really good video camera but at the time i didnt know i would be video taping myself every week.

Nice video bro. I as well have noticed you turn your hand to I guess get the ball to hook more? Just get the extra hook from your finger tips if you have them. I have been bowling for about 8 years consecutively so I can help you out a little bit. Just got a Hammer Jacked Friday I believe... 2 games thrown and they were 202 and then 230.

Just try it sometime in practice to keep your hand under your ball and let the ball do the work
