Stick with the dealer, where the hell do the independent shops go if they have no idea what the hell there doin or they fuck up your car. hmmm who do you think, the dealer. i turn wrenches at a toyota dealer and have seen many customers come in and say that the techs at the indy shop said to go to the dealer cux " we dont have the right special service equiment to repair your vehicle, sorry you wasted your time now pay the shop fee and now ship ur ass to the dealer.
Yeah go to the dealer who barely get paid for diagnosing so somehow even the simplest problems "Can not be replicated" mysteriously. And God forbid your car is under warranty, then it won't be fixed until you threaten a Lemon Law legal action because the techs get paid pennies for warranty work and they are just trying to bump the work to the next tech. Only some security/immobilizers get sent to dealer by us and everybody knows thats an outright money making scam for dealers.
.......and by the way,the better business bureau is nothig but a bunch of thieves.They only report lies in their site.If a business don't want to pay to be members of their organization,they wll have nothing but negative information about any business that is not a member,this is a fact.

Very misleading stuff aside from a few things. Waiting room, coffee, TVs, comfortable couches, space for a large waiting room... and the list goes on. Who do you think pays for all that stuff? You the customer! This is definitely not the way to find a good shop. This is a good way to go in for an oil change and get conned into a million other things so you can pay for the coffee and the wi-fi and the LARGE waiting room. Small shops with lower overhead don't have to rip you off to make money.
