Jess!!! I have somehow lost track of so many videos! So glad to see your turn of fortune! Small miracles..one by one...will add up to an amazing life!
~Thank you :) Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. A lot has been going on in life and haven t been on youtube much. It s so great to hear from you again! I haven t heard from you in forever!
Hey, are you allowed to paint and decorate and stuff? If so, Im willing to donate $100 (on condition you do a video on the redecorating). I sorta jealous. i remember the days of poverty. Now I pay more in taxes than a single welfare recipient needs to live.
You have some sweet palnters out front. Are you allowed to plant in those planters?
You could fill them with bedding tomatos from a greenhouse.
You could fix that step with less than 10 dollars of materials. You could do that. It's better than having a fall. It would take 2 hours minumum to fix it. It's better than crutches.
Not seedy at all. You've not lived until you've seen my pad. A crumbling 1907 apt. with :tub in kitch" (plumbing & electricity came 7 years later) central heating made it in the "Roaring 20's (such luxury). Landlord makes sure all the upstairs "renovated" apt. plumbing leaks into mine. Currently waiting for the cement, rock, horsehair, plaster ceiling from 1907 to fall (guess i should take it down & put up some more cement board). You have nice digs.
Don't dump like that on your...ahem, ahem...castle, CreepyHermit! (No pun intended, of course.) And all that tea will come in handy on a rainy Vancouver day as you rack your brain for poetic inspiration. No cable; avoid Telus and Shaw.
i agree with mrwizardwithin about the tv about nothing to see. all the media and poletics r a waste of time. i do suggest getting internet if u are curious about the world and say the whether for that day and such. i hope u have a decent job to help u and im glad u finall have ur own place =) much love my brother. keep running on love =) and tea hehe
Lol. The chai tea box has one tea in it, and taking up counter space. Take out the tea and recycle that box. Clear the clutter my friend. lol.Your place is almost bigger than mine.Nice place tho Jesse. Good to see you get into a place you can call home.
i do'n know you,,even if i'm not an american like you,i well imagine the difficulties you did face(i lived in Brazil, werhere there are so many homeless..so,..i'm happy 4 you, you're young and you surely deserve a better life, finally an optimistic news on youtube,be lucky, unknow friend..may you have an happy future,my unknown friend !!!
I wasn't homeless, but for years and years I had to live with other people in homes. Now I have My home alone. I kiss you, good luck friend :)) . I'm from Italy. ciao.
@CreepyHermitPoet Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil until tender. Mash. Flavour to taste with salt, spices and a teaspoon or two of tahini or peanut butter. Add olives and such if desired.
@WetlandsRemediation Boiling chickpeas could take forever, better mash a can of already cooked chickpeas with 0.25-0.5 of the its liquid (with a stick blender, it's not so expensive). Add some spices like garlic and cumin and some (olive) oil.

Put those drumsticks in the freezer! :) They won't last long down in the fridge. Take care, wishing you all the best.
