it's called "blue screen" effect.

you have to get it on WMM manualy b/c it doesn't come with it.

you go to effects and look for erase in, to zoom in i think and erase out to go out, i think, im just using Sony Vegas now, so im not that good at remembering that stuff now.

go to Window Movie Maker Forum. they have a section where people share their effects. Find the blue screen effect. it explains how to get it on there. (:

I used blue screen(an effect I downloaded for WMM offline). It gets rid of the blue from the clips and has the underlying clip show through that part. It doesn't look all that great in this i'm afraid DX
