Sony Acid Pro 7 Has DAWrrific New Features!

hey yall, i make remixes with acid pro 7 and i was just wondering how to equalise every tracks volume so that it sounds really high quality... or if theres an acid effect that can equalise it all at once!! Anyones help will be greatly appreciated :)

@SC00PZHAAGENDASZ im late but il just answer=) f is ok especially for drums but its more for beginers...acid isnt but overall pro tools is the best choice plus with this and pro tools u get a more professional sounding product

I got a FCA202 Firewire Interface and a XENYX802 Mixing Board. Now I want to do a Hand's on control by using my Mixboard intead of the mouse. Can i do that? And how do i do it?

to do hands on mixing in a DAW you would have to have a midi controller. a midi mixer controller does nothing but send data to the computer from it. I am probaly making no sense to you but just google and look up midi controller. The best one for the price, and also the one that I have is the BCF2000 youtube it, its a beast for the price atleast

I've been usin Logic 5.5 for 3 years....but its not stable really....so I "upgraded" to pro .NOW I love the workflow and having all windows in your immediate grasp...

but I nearly burst out laughing when I heard metronome as an updated feature. Most of theese features have existed for years.

I'm lovin 7...its stable and is a great addition to my other DAW (FL Studio 8), but I'm wondering how Logic 5.5 not only has all these features that these ppl are bragging about, but is way more complex

The stuff he's talking about in this video is so basic. Programs like Sonar, Music creator, Cubase, and others, have some of these features as standards. Metronome count-in??? What program doesn't have this as a standard. Sony treats simple features like this as some sort of premium feature when less expensive Daws have it period!And having a input record meter as a premium feature, is criminal!

That's the guy from the Seminar Series instructional vids. The Seminar Series vids are MUCH nicer than this vid, that's for sure. I recommend them for anyone who wants to really know this software. Anyway, just got Pro7 today, I'll check it out tonight! Peace!

It's about time we saw an upgrade to ACID Pro. They have been leap-frogged by a number of competitors and everyone can run ACIDized Loops.

It's still unclear what their value is in the current market. So I will be looking to see if we see something that is a must have.
