  • All I can say is the Marines gave John Wayne a platoon, the Air Corps gave him a few planes, 7th Group - a company of Green Berets, but the Army? They entrusted him with the 82d Airborne Division. There are two kinds of men in the US Armed Forces: Those that are Airborne and those who wish they had what it took to be Airborne! B/307, Eighty-Deuce!

  • @endracismguy so you work at burger king?

  • lolsillygoose

  • old CCO was the shit. Airborne!

  • go fuck up some sand niggers, or stop being welfare queens

  • 6 Marines realized their training is largely pointless in comparison..

  • @chiconspiracy They just don't understand what kind of fools would volunteer to jump out of a perfectly good airplane...The answer my puddle jumping comrades is the most deadly som'bitches seen since the days of...well since forever.

  • @bigdude90 By federal law (10 U.S.C., 505), the minimum age for enlistment in the United States Military is 17 (with parental consent) and 18 (without parental consent). No one joins the guard at 16, and if you're in the Guard you get an entire Government contract to which you cannot break for a simple transfer to another branch. Respectfully, Prior Service 31 Bravo Military Police Officer 3220th MPs, 3rd Infantry Division.

  • this was the Iraq insurgent era

  • Poge

  • @HaHaHooah Its POG not Poge u stupid fuck. Quit posin

  • Everytime I hear shoot, move, and communicate I hear the cadence.

  • army is the best

  • Get some hooahs.

  • bring the fight to the sand niggers!

  • @lolsillygoose ignorant racist

  • @lolsillygoose Fuck you.

  • @lolsillygoose

eat a bullet you fucking scumbag.

  • SFC Cavazos... so good to see you back in the fight brother! God Bless you and yours... stay safe!

  • that had to be hard as fuck....learning to shoot on a different hand...holy shit.

  • @brnsktingdieskting18 it's like learn to pee with different hand (for man)

  • God bless you my dear brothers!!!!! My spirit will always be with you!

    BE Well!

  • @Future0331 Hooah!

  • yea white falcons good bunch a guys but ass hats for leadership

  • overkill?... fuck no were airborne infantry!

  • Airborne-the only crazy bastards that will jump from a perfectly good airplane and jump into a combat zone while being fired at =D HOOAH

  • let me guess!!! well motivated soldiers, shooting targets, but what happens if they shoot humans beings "THE ENEMY" their news never gonna tell the real consequences about shooting and been shoot. Poor soldiers they are just a piece of a table game with salary what a joke!! read history airborne and lead the way

  • lol the first comment is some stupid argument about war and UK vs. US all in one.

  • MarSoc is of f too rocky start.....And the US ARMY has been doing unconventional warfare for over 60yrs counting WWII. This includes being Airborne, Army infantry has proven itself time and again. So drop the silly mine is better than yours bullshit.

    GO ARMY!!!

  • @bigdude90 Im a bit confused here. The USMC infantryman has a higher caliber then a US army infantryman? How are you basting this? You joined the guard at 16... went through airborne and air assualt school, then to ranger school, and then at 20years old did the marine corps. Why the hell would you do that?? Im not trying to discredit you or anything, but ive worked with both branch, and when it comes down to effectiveness... there is no difference in "caliber".

  • @vtecdynasty agreed! i smell bullshit!

  • As a retired member of the 82nd, I am very proud of all you troopers....All the way!

  • @bigdude90 fair enough,...true.cant even begin to argue the camaraderie of the corps as opposed to the armies as a whole. the esprit de corps of the Ranger rgt. and PIR's is extremely good.(to include the 325th although there designation is AIR) i know force recon is gone now and MARSOC now stands in its place.so how is that working for alot of the old Recon guys.do the new ones still get the wing and bubble?that was another guy with the deer thing LOL.take care bro,..

  • @bigdude90 i agree with you, Airborne school is easy and Its like that for a reason, it only teach you how to jump out of a perfect airplane while in flight. it doesn't take tactics and muscles but pure balls. SF, RANGER, Force Recon, and Paratroopers are the only people who benefit from this school. If you are comparing the regular ARMY to the Marines then i see your point. Comparing Paratroopers to the Marine Infantry is like comparing a Lion and a deer. No disrespect. this is my opinion..

  • @thig96943 hiya mate,im ex british army 9yrs,2PARA.you seem to know what your on about,we have a course called fighting in built up areas,FIBUA,i guess it evolved from N Ireland,i found it useful in basra.do you guys have an equivalent to it? never really thought to ask any american lads i worked with

  • @richied1385 yes we do.ours is MOUT/CQB.

    MILITARY OPERATIONS URBAN TERRAIN.

    CLOSE QUARTERS BATTLE.

  • @shoobee101 nice one mate, how long is it? i bet that CQB is better for you guys now with the M4,instead of M16,always seemed too long for me.Prob because im used to the SA80,which if anything is very handy to use, cheers again mate

  • @richied1385 i'm sorry i misunderstood the question. ours is the JRTC at polk.there is also mock cities on many army installations.the one at benning is extremely advanced and technical.i like the m-4's but i'm still just a big ole fan of the m14/21. i know different missions but, if i had to go again,i'd take my m14 again

  • @shoobee101 yeah 7.62mm does have its advantages!sometimes the 5.56 didnt have enough range. never fired an m14,saw a lad at kandahar airbase with a scoped one,all desert camo, very gucci. Had a quick go of a h&k g3 in germany, thats a nice rifle.gutted how you guys in the states can own proper weapons, only criminals have them here! what were you army/marines mate?

  • @bigdude90 so your still basing your opinion on your experience from the guard.... you still havent answered if you were marine reserve's.true AA/jump are easy, but thats not army infantry.for that matter did you ever serve in an airborne infantry unit. if not, then how can you compare?i've had the opportunity to train many troops, marines, and foreign military, and i'm tellin ya this.all that RA RA shit they do in the corp turns to shit.its the troop and there leader that make the difference

  • @bigdude90 are you comparing the camaraderie of the national guard to that of a regular army infantry unit?are you in the marine reserves?as far as training, have you served in a regular army unit?i respect your service, just dont try to disrespect mine, cause its very apparent you were never in the regulars.for that matter just try this training schedule.2 weeks out, come back in friday night, clean gear, get home around 0001-0100,sat off, muster sun 1800,roll out by 2330. 1-9 cav during drb 3

  • How does teaching combat tactics to Mexicans make American Children safer here in our invaded Homeland?

  • @CelticSouthland well atleast it is not niggers or those fucking jews.

  • Infantry woot!

  • NZ Army ARRTC gives you a shit load of range time and allows you to handle almost the entire spectrum of NZDF small arms, but the Instructors were handling maybe 2-3 platoons at a time due to shortages in experienced NZDF Range Officers.

So we too our manual to the Waiouru Range and were told to go off those guidelines, like a practical test in a Uni Exam.

  • @fixdeluxe1 The NZ army is shit though mate.Thats why all your best join the british SAS.Ex lcpl 2PARA British Army

  • @richied1385 Yes I know, but I'm in the Logistics business, not a combat trade.I would love to join the French Foreign Legion though.

  • @fixdeluxe1 coolio mate, logistics is the main part of warfare, outside of combat.nothing worse than drinking water out of rusty drums while the yanks have warehouses full of evian 12k down the road!!!haha

  • @richied1385 Yep.Without us they don't have what they need to go into combat.

  • Iam a future 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. I've got only a few more years to go till I join.

  • Interesting so those EoTechs were bought by the shooter and not issued by the army?

  • i leave in 53 days. fort benning georgia 20100630

  • Still looks like the usual useless training like always. I don't see any moving and shooting. Just looks like an ordinary range to me.

  • @octavioveliz your an idiot that's all I'm going to say

  • @berettastorm88 Sorry if I offended you POG lol

  • @octavioveliz no but you should understand things better before you make a close minded ass whole of yourself

  • @berettastorm88 Because speaking my mind is making an ass of myself. I've been on three tours to Iraq, and I can tell you for sure that the training is not good enough. And that's the reason why I no longer fight for the Army. I rather stay alive fighting as a contractor training people that think like you.

  • unlike any branch of the military, the 82nd Airborne is trained to parachute behind enemy lines. 360 degree combat is an everyday training. unlike the Marines and some army infantry units who start from the shore and push inland, they have no where to retreat. our nation have the greatest Marines and Army in the world, but these group of men is a special breed.

  • @thig96943

Not to knock the 82nd, but they aren't the only unit in the Army/Marines that are trained to insert behind enemy lines.

  • what channel is this :S army tv.. us army tv? guns tv? lol

  • It's an online show.

  • ACOG is fine for CQB, you just cover the front lens.

I don't know of any unit, except maybe some POG units that work on computers or something, that restrict you to JUST an aimpoint or JUST an ACOG. A friend of mine put a leupold Mk 4 CQT on his rifle for an entire year in Afghanistan.

A unit will ISSUE something but that doesn't mean you have to leave it there, just sign the thing out and tie it down inside your ruck, put what you want on it, within reason.

  • to those clear plastic glasses come with a dioptre ???

  • Thank you guys for maintaining the standard. AATW. Training looked awesome

  • This is the 82nd Airborne Division, or the "All Americans", not the 101st as he stated in the end of the video. The 82nd has as proud a history as the 101st.

  • is the 101st in that regiment

  • i cant wait. to join in July 17, 2010. leave for (OSUT) THEN AIRBORNE.

  • awsome man, i wish the best of luck

  • everything you see on these weapons are issued eotechs aimpoint m68 acogs etc.

  • Really? I never knew eotechs were issued. They've lost to aimpoint every time the army has a competition for the next contract.

  • Those bullet holes are soooo tiny

  • the projectile from an m4 would only be 5.56mm diameter and theyre pointy so they penetrate without tearing the target all to hell (especially from close range)

  • IT IS ONLY A .223

  • pawsox mom ur an idiot u guys are all over these soldier videos along with those ignorant extreme muslim people. all i gota say is go army and u can go fuck urself no one likes u

  • go army!

  • @mark3777 Nice grammar bro.

  • how come some of them use Aimpoint M68s and others use Eotechs?

  • i think they have to buy their sights. And therefore they may choose their "favorite" sight :)

This is not a fact, but what i belive :)

  • i dont think theyd choose $700 sights if they had to buy em themselves

  • I would :)

  • nice

  • Yep Eotech and Acog Scope are my favorites.

  • a eotech will run 4 bills

  • when your life depends on it you buy the best you can. acogs are $800 to $1200 or more depending on model, aimpoints are $300 to $700 depending on model.

    They are issued though.

  • When deployed you can sign out equipment (sights, lights, grips ect).

  • Aimpoints are issued, some prefer Eotechs so they buy them themselves. Marines are issued acogs iirc.

  • although don't you have to quilify for acogs or anything? just asking.

  • i have no idea about that, sorry.

  • thats fine man, im just wondering because im thinking about going marines.

  • same here dude, see you there lol.

  • yeah man good luck, hope everything goes well for you man.

  • i dont know if its up to the head of your unit or what, but i know some guys are allowed to bring their own optics. If u decide, good luck! BTW, with practice, qualifying shouldnt be extremely difficult. just get on the range as much as possible and read up about good shooting. (breathing, trigger techniques, ect.

  • yeah thats what im doing now with my friends AR-15, although ammo is a bitch though.

  • from what i know,( I go to basic may5th as a scout) the guys with the acogs are usually the designated squad marksmen but it is more dependant on your mission and locale, why have aything with magnification for room clearing

  • @lukesimianer that is true, its stupid to have an ACOG for CQB

  • @theguitarhero3 agreed though in a situation like afghanistan where things go from prairie to village its better to have an acog than not on atleast 1 out of the usually 3-7 soldiers that make up a squad and when it comes to room clearing that soldier will maybe use a side arm or something who knows haah, guess Ill find out soon enough.!

    hooahh

    55 days

  • @lukesimianer nice man, i hope your military career will go well for you, and yeah thats true, with warfair today its good to have a marksman in the squad.

  • everyone gets acogs now

  • ? thats not true in the least and I know it haha everyone as in everyone in the army or all combat arms units in all branches?

  • everyone in the Army. Im in the Marines but i assumed all soilders regardless of mos would have them.

  • you would be wrong, haha mp's dont have them. now whether or not you are issued one is based on your unit and it doesnt really matter what Marines have because not to be a dick but you guys still use m16's unless your MARSOC or Mbat

  • you know it?... yet your not even in the Army. Not all Marines carry the m16a4. m4 carbine is also in our armory. Dont apologize tho, carrying m16 or m4 we still kill bodys more efficently than any branch of any nation in the world. My entire company carries an acog, night vision and pec-15's on there rifles. if we got it, i would assume ALL combat arms soldiers have it as well.

  • haha I know it because I live on one of the countries largest airbases and my step dad was a CCT if you know what that is. and Like I said its dependant upon where you are what your doing and what your CO thinks. I wasnt dissing Marines I was just saying you guys mainly use the m16 especially if your a basline FOB runnin 0311 haha if your non conventional then you have whatever the fuck you want and it doesnt matter ha but really more efficiently really? haha ok man

  • Why cav scout and not 18 or 11 series?

  • @Hop6236 you have to be 21 to go in with a 18xray contract besides its dumb to go into SFS with no knowledge or experience. 19Deltas are essential higher trained recon purposed 11's that dont walk everywhere haha

  • She is hot. Much hotter than Marine girls.

  • are you gay? she looks like a man

  • Note that 80-90% of deaths and maiming are of civilians

Now ad to this recipe- Leader after leader will say God bless our troops. Bless them Lord as the act without conscience/normal reactions due to brain washing/reflexive training, God bless them as they kill and maim civilians.

    peace ...

  • Wrong people die in War. They are not ordered to kill civilians you ignorant prick

  • Having family high up in government and also family members who fought in WWII, Korea and in Vietnam I can tell you that our troops may not receive orders to kill civilians, but they are given their marching orders that have them bombing and firing on villages. That's only kind-of and sort-of being ordered to kill civilians. And no name calling please. That is true ignorance.

  • But thats the motive. The villages they are bombing have Value targets in them. Wrong people die in War. Sorry.

  • thats not motive*

  • US ARMY OWNS! COMPLETELY RULES!!!...if only u guys were as good as us Aussies...jks jks jks lol. US ARMY RULES!

    US/Australian alliance Allllllll the way

  • hey if i wanted to b in the 82nd instead of the 101st could i just tell them that or does it go by region cuz its my dream to be in the 82nd airborne all the way!!!

  • A simple trick: drop the rear attachment of your weapon sling and step on it so muzzle rise has little effect on "Full-Auto."

  • those guys look hard core! I can't wait til i enlist as a 11X on June 6th! HOOAH!

  • Selino, I am one of "those guys". I've even seen one of "those guys" get shot by a sniper and die. And let me tell you... you're a fucking idiot. Don't ever say "hooah" when you haven't done shit and are commenting on soldiers who don't even believe in the word anymore.

As soon as you get dry behind the ears, you won't believe in the word either. So just shut the fuck up and do your thing. Otherwise, you're going to be a horrible soldier.

  • well, i did just swear in today as 11X, but i do understadn that its not going to be easy at all, I am going to really push myself when i get to benning but this is what i want to do. i'm up for the challenge

  • dont say hooah, never say hooah, say roger that.

  • roger that.

  • It's called the internet man, if one kids simple youtube comment gets you so asshurt you have deeper issues than him.

  • dude by telling that kid all of that negative shit, you just ruined his whole day. gosh! you just spoiled the ending to the movie of him joining the infantry. hahaha but yeah good thing you gave him a reality check.

  • haha you enlist on dday. better hope that you dont get put as an 11c. sucks. pray for bravo when you get down there.

  • Comment removed

  • their is no 11c anymore just 11b

  • you cant be serious.

  • d day.

    nice

  • Don't listen to that guy, he's pissed off for some reason. Do your best, people who tell you you can't make it, just makes you stronger.

  • Instructors from Army's Combat Applications Training Course in Fort Bragg means that maybe they're Delta Force (Instructors from CAG aka. Combat Applications Group).

  • Hooah

  • There no global war on terror. 9/1 was an inside job.

  • Ive never heard of 9/1....genius. If you dont think terrorists are real, you are a moron!

  • O they are real i am not denying it, they are every ware, Iraq, afghan, Canada, Us, etc etc.

  • So therefore, technically, we are in a war in Afghanistan, and Al-Qaeda are terrorists, and we are fighting the Al-Qaeda, therefore we are fighting terrorists in Afghanistan, therefore we are in a war on Terror...

  • the the US started, first by arming her enemy's to be then by setting up the events on 9/11 to justify the war.

  • Learn you shit. The Taliban refused the US support for just about everything. Pretty much all they accepted was missle launchers, which they dont even use anymore. For everything else, they used Arab support. If the US gave them all thier weapons, they wouldn't be using AK 47's.......

  • I Lol'd

  • The US supported the Afghan Mujahadeen through Pakistan. Only a minority of these mujahadeen became the Taliban, most fought for the Northern Alliance, against the Taliban.

  • lol got another conspiracy tard here!

  • Sorry, but CaptainAmerica322 defending 9/11's legitimacy is just a huge pun. Lawl.

  • Read my comments moron, I wasn't defending the legitimacy.

  • Hey hey hey, my main point was the pun, not defending the legitimacy. That was more of my own inference, for comedic value. Settle down there.

  • Anyone who puts any stock in 9/11 conspiracy theories is a living, walking, and breathing pun.

  • I suppose.

  • 9/11 was very smart. I admire our secret services, they made their job OK, and gave the nation a spirit to fight. Plus now we have a privilege to bomb the hell out of any fucking country who is against us. Go USA!!!

  • lol

  • Future grunt in the USMC, Oorah! Semper Fi!

    PEACE THROUGH POWER!

  • Thats more of a RANGER style of training, not

regular ABN!I was AASLT,and they never gave us,anything like this...

  • When did you serve? This was the norm when I was in the 173rd.

  • They're actually starting to do this in BCT, when I went through our rifle qual was based off this style and not the 40 target qual. We had 15 targets but we had to fire from behind a barrier, plus the targets would take more than one shot to knock down. so this training is becoming the norm throughout the entire Army.

  • fuck you krautattck78 marine are a fucking joke compared to the army just becouse your to pussy to join the best of the best ARMY or the overrated marines but fuck you campare our soldiers to marines is just a joke we could git rid of the marines and nothing would change git rid of the army the U.S wouldnt exist

  • lol, relax man, its a joke you dog. Its true, America does not meed a Marine Corp, but America wants a Marine Corp.

  • If you get rid of either Marines or Army, United States wouldnt live up to our reputation, because if you got rid of either or our military would pretty much go down the drain.

  • Obviously, because you'd have no one with boots on the ground.

  • I cant wait to get that air assault patch, the best day of my life.

  • tell that to the 75th reg

  • tell that to anyone in the army for christs sake...especially an 11B or charlie.

  • i was talking to krautattack78 at the bottom who said army=not ready for marines but yeah im with you shastadude13

  • tell that to any Army Grunt!!!

  • TALKS LIKE A DAMN ROBOT

  • I used to be a marksman for the finnish artillery core. our training was simular but we did not use scopes on our assaul rifles. I could hit between 45 to 50 points from 300m with 5 bullets everytime. also we could fire a grenadelauncher from several kilometers to a target the size of a bucket. these guns that the us forces are using at the moment are 10x more accurate. I´d love to try one of those m240b´s on the video lol.

  • JDIDDY666 wrote about our troops in this reply to Chinese Olympics

"i doubt u have been to China. atleast im honest enough to say i havent been to that whitetrash trailer park u call a home. The games are over, China won. Tibet is, was, and shall forever be part of China. u fat cracker. good luck in Iraq. 4000 more dead troops to come."

Help me close this illegal immigrant's account

  • i will everyone file a complaint to youtube about him

  • Haha I became a gear queer when I got to to my unit. Now all my money goes to tactical tailor and TAG.

  • Nothing bad will happen as long as you look cool.
