The music on this game suck! And people claim the SNES had better music than the Sega Genesis? This music makes me think otherwise. Pots and pans clanging in the sink while a cat and a lawnmower square off! Anyway, great playthrough!
@JPerez9011 It doesn't! At least THIS version wasn't developed by the Non-Japanese like the Sega Genesis version.
This one was a collaboration effort between Sunsoft of America and Sunsoft of Japan! They should do that on ALL games these days. Have Japan do the music, sound driver and sound effects, programming , and Graphic designs while America debugs the game and create the game manual.
That final boss looks awfully tough. He gave you guys a beatdown to remember. And that's the very first boss of the game as well. Looks like he was just playing around in the first battle & then unleashed his true power in the second battle.

One thing I never liked about this game is the fact that Niddler was not a main character. He payed a big part in the show, being Ren's best friend and taking part in adventures along side the human characters.
@halonursery001 Christ. People seriously need to stop screaming "FINAL FIGHT RIPOFF!!!111!!!1" at every side scrolling beat em up game they see. You progress through the levels dispatching hordes of enemies -- that's all there is to any game of this genre.
I have the super nintendo version of this :). it's a nice game to play with people not accustomed to beat-em-up games (because it's so easy compared to most except for maybe... 2 bosses which are standard difficulty for most games)
Nah got cancelled. To be fair it never got a lot of viewers. Lots of more cartoons aimed at young teenagers rather than kids got cancelled at the time. I'm still sore about Swat Kats.
