I honestly don't know what to say to you that might even begin to take your mind off things.
I believe that everything happens for a reason, and obviously, you two just weren't meant to be.
And to answer your question, nope. I've never been dumped before. My reason for such a perfect track record is because I don't get into relationships. I made a promise to myself that I would never hurt a girl, be it physically, or mentally.
My dad done both to my mum, and sister. From me growing up and seeing that happen, I have never trusted myself to be in a relationship. Just in case that old saying like father, like son, is true. So by me not getting into relationships, I'm saving a girl from tears because most relationships end in tears for girls, and sometimes men.
It's not a good lifestyle choice, but it's the more sensible choice to me.

Let me put this out there. It's better you know now than later when you have invested not just your emotions but time as well. On the very day of my 21st wedding anniversary my wife tells me she cheated on me with my friend. I never saw it coming! I never got a chance to fix what I did wrong nor did I get an explination on what I did wrong. She divorced me and married the so-called friend. I know I changed and I will never be the same!
