Arushi1234, I know how to help you. The same thing happened to me. When you go to load the video on Powerpoint, dont go to Desktop, go to Users, then your user, then download and find the Youtube video(its starts with its name, like if the video is "how to say hi", look at the H's, then find that. If you dont get that, just post again.

It could be that YouTube does not allow you to download that video. Some videos are blocked.  Did you try it with another video to see if it worked?
