All laptops need to change their screens to 16:9 ratio. Macs have theirs at 16:10 ratios. The cool thing about computers with a 16:9 ratios is that when you watch HD movies in blu-ray or dvd you never get the "black bars" underneath your screen. Most notebooks that offer a 16:9 ratio have a 16" or 18" screen.
Rather than that the new 17 inch macbook pro is flawless except for the fact that it lacks an HDMI out on it.
