if the pushing hand in peng is yang, is the dao le opposing hand ying? or, in other words, is the palm pushing out on the peng forward hand, and soft on the dao le hand? or, are the lau gung points always opposing on the hands?
@lebarosky In ward off, for instance, the left hand is greater yang, a great deal of pushing power, while the right hand is lesser yang, or smaller pushing power. In pang, there has to be a feeling of expanding in all directions, but mostly in the direction of the opponent.
