Phantasy star Portable 2 needs a Product key to play Online. even if you have a JPN account. you cant play online unless you buy the game

Most likly 100% it will since PSO (phantasy star online did this same thing to get online.

its for piration of course they will do it. there not stupid. and if they dont that means there will be no online for the USA ver only local

you do realise theres gonna be a d/l ver of psn so its build in so u can either get UMD ver or the d/l but dont know if that appiles to us ver also psp2 isnt pso ok yeah it may have some but it isnt pso 2 other wise psu would have to have it & it dont so i highly doubt the product key will be for us if it does oh well not like its end of the world imo plus even if they get d/l ver it said it will have it automatcially so we will see when us comes!

i know there will be a downlaod Ver. this is to stop Piration. no matter what they are doing the key. so even if there is a PSN one you cnat play online cuz someone else used the Key that is Built in when you log on to PSN. it might be built in but once you log in its only for that PSN account

so if they Distribute that ISO from PSN they will not be able to log into Online with that Copy

Im talking about this for Pirators that want t use the JPN ver. or Pirate the USA ver. i said that cuz the person said lets play online when the JPN one comes out. and the other person said Remember to get the JPN account. i responded and was saying that you cant play without a Key. unless they are Buying the JPN one. in order to play online you need to Buy it. and since Sony resently Blocked 5.50Gen and 5.00M33 we cant play online otr go on PSN

Originally I assumed they were buying the Japanese version. Which is why I said get a JP PSN account. Other than that, November 1st is the release date of the demo. Players will be randomly selected to play Internet multi mode, which will be available until December 3rd, 2009. The demo uses firmware 6.00 (Remember this only applies to the demo). After that you will need to buy the game to get the product code for your little wing license to play internet multi mode for free.

alot of people wouldnt buy a JPN copy for a few Reasons. it doesnt help amarica at all.

it has to be shipped

and the Price LVL is usually $20 higher than Buying it here. then after that you hae to start over when the Amarican release comes out and Buy another copy. and i just saw the Demo stuff on the Forum i go on. looks awsome cant wait to play the demo. but ill play the Demo on kai insted of getting Randomly Choosed

I hope the technic combo's speed can be boosted with a technic casting time decrease item. Yes I love it, now Ican perfom combos!! I never thought it would come! Also I hope we can combo with Mirage Blasts and Suvs. I also hope you can charge with EVERY gun, because the only genuine gameplay only features the handgun. I think the Inferno Bazooka is gonna be change into a grenade launcher now and so is the Nug so it'll actually seem more like PSO. :D
