@ibikesoarrestme Hang in there, stick to your goal and don't give up no matter what anyone says. If I can grow a beard with my mum, my dad, my brother and my sister all hating it I'm sure you can.
If you ever feel the urge to trim or sh*ve wait at least 24 hours before cutting as you may well change your mind and avoid the regret of losing some of your beard.
For further support I suggest joining the Beard Community Bulletin Board (just google beard community).

I love the things and always will, and I'm just over two months gone now and I can already see strangers crossing the street to avoid me. i love how your moustache covers your lips. i wish more guys would go COMPLETELY untrimmed ... most seem to trim the moustache (for obvious reasons) but i think it looks 10 times better when you don't!

Excellent beard. One of my life time goals is to grow my beard to terminal length. Right now my job wouldn't allow it... So I although I have a full beard it is not as great as yours. Keep it growing. It's awesome.
Your sense of music is truly unique, and the beard is AMAZING!! Mines only about 2 inches atm, but I'm 18 so got plenty more years to grow it out :D You're like an icon to me and my beard growing mates XD
