A live webcam was set up and then screen capture software was set up to take a picture of the webcam every minute. Then it was set to playback 24 images per second. So when I was done capturing all the images I wanted I stopped the software and the video was ready to go. So I guess you could say it took 31.5 hours to make. But there was really no effort put into it.

how do they keep it up? do they just leave the pumps on all the time or do they actually introduce a skeleton on the inside?

From what I understand... air pressure must be maintained for it to stay up.

From what I understand... it was to remove the snow that had built up on it, and to adjust it so it was evenly distributed when it was inflated for the final time.
