thanks man - the mbox2 is a great tool. I have MXL condenser mics (one is a pencil condenser and the other is omni directional).

Thanks for the comment and support. The MBox2 is great. There is a big difference in sound - compare this with my Rain Song post and you'll really tell the difference. I only know how to use the basic features of Protools (which the MBox2 came with) so there are no frills in many of my MBox2-based recordings.

Incredible rendition! Loved it as soon as I heard the first chord played. Great interpretation - totally made it your own. Do you have reverb on the vocal mic? I'm only listening to it this time, and I hear a hint of reverb - sounds good, but I'd like it with more echo.

Thanks! These are both MXL condensers. I have been going back and forth between a condenser and a Shure SM57 for the vox. The bleed is really incidental and I just left it as is.

I like this version a lot . I play it this way a lot as weel the original an the ryan adams way but you way it pretty close to how Noel from oasis play is now he has slowed it right down, nice voice you have aswell
