I would have to agree, this really isnt doing the song justice. But I have heard worse, belive it or not, by a band called "Slow Couch." On a side note, I was wearing combat boots and flannels wayyyy before Nirvana did anything. I didnt dig that whole alternative thing. I am glad its over though.

Fear Factory made this song their own and didn't do bad. But, Nirvana revolutionized a whole movement of music in the early-mid 90's. I was there and remember everybody was listening to them. Only the sheep gave them more credit after Kurt killed himself. Kurt and Nirvana never wished much fame or fortune, never sold out, and never wanted to become immersed in the mega music money machine the industry had become. Big ups to Fear Factory and Big ups For Nirvana 2 talents with brilliant music.

They didnt star a revolution. There were lots of bands playing the same style(but better) as nirvana, years before. Nirvana just got famous because kurt dumbed the music down.

If you actually paid attention, you'd hear that it's mostly drum rolls, rather than double kick. Fear Factory's drummer isn't a great drummer, but he was pretty good in this cover.
