It seems kind of simple(It looks simply like differently scaled sprites w/ different positions w/ differing layer-ordering moving at a constant x-speed and y-speed following a trig function(Sine or variant thereof?)) but it must've been difficult/tedious to implement. Props for the effort.

This is the XNA Beta 2. There are no longer drag-and-drop components. But you still can program your owns.
Look for it on the XNA's help.
