Very sad to watch the last parade. My grandfather was in the 21st Lancers and was in the front rank of the charge at Omdurman. He was also in the Regimental Band.

When was this parade? Is the band the combined regimental band of the two regiments? Or was it already the band of the Royal Lancers?

It's the final parade of the Regimental Band, formed from the 16th/5th and 17th/21st Lancers bands, at Imphal Barracks, Osnabruck, 11 July 1994
