  • EXELLENT ITS OK TO LEARN

  • is that a fender stratacoustic? it sound swonderful

  • @xartinos123

It's a VG Strat, and it simulates several different accoustic guitar tones, right in the guitar controls.

  • Hey, nice job. I like how you show possible variations... those things really add to one's skills and embellish the performance.

Do you have a video covering the other two electric fills? (The second fill mostly, since the 3rd one is just strumming the rhythm part.)

    Thanks!

  • @rcteigao

Sorry, this is the only video on this song. Thanks for asking though.

  • Good job.

  • great skills but you have very long fingers lol

My wife is really wanting me to learn this song on the guitar so I can play it as she sings it in a yearly talent show she is in at the school she works at. It will not be until the beginning of next Summer though, so I will have plenty of time to get it note for note! When we actually do this song in the talent show, I will upload the performance as a video response to yours. Thanks again and keep rockin!

  • Just too cool....! You mention the strumming differently from Recently.....D D dudu rest/udu A year ago....D D dud dudu I guess you just switched beat 3 and 4 Either way I'll practice both....Now for my real question Can you tell me what the real strumming pattern in for James Blunt... "You're Beautiful" IF you can, and you get it right... YOU will be GOD ha, thanks and Happy New Year! God bless...
  • Joe i aint an expert , but im sure most people will tell you to strum it how you like or else , watch a cover and strum along with it, failing all that try DDUUDD, will do most songs

  • ;))

  • Your good - this is one of my favourite songs.

    5 stars.

  • sounds good!!!

  • reo coo video...

  • That bend is wrong.

  • where do you put your fingers on the fret board for Bm??

no one be mean to my dumb question i'm a beginner!

  • where can I find an acoustiv version? by the way... very very nice... bravo from the heart... and thanks a lot :-D

  • thanks for the transitions chords!

  • tanx!

  • can somebody tell me the strumming parttern for this song?

  • No need to be nasty. Everybody has to learn strumming patterns.

  • On the first and second beats, strum once. On beat 3 strum 4 times (down, up, down, up), and on the 4th beat you have a rest and three strums (rest on the down, then up, down, up). The next time you strum down you'll be on beat one again. Cheers.

  • De nada. Gracias.

  • great lesson! thank you!

This song is one of the reasons that I started learning guitar but I'm not really good in theory yet.

Can anyone explain me how to play the B minor? Is it a barre chord?

It seems to me like a barre chord at the second fret and 0-0-4-4-3-0. Am I right?

  • Close. Think about making an Am at the first position. It would be X-0-2-2-1-0. If you move that up 2 frets with a bar at the second fret, you have a Bm, or X-2-4-4-3-2. I think it helps to visualize it as the Am simply moved up a full step, or 2 frets.

    Have fun.

  • Thank you!
