Although my argument isn't limited to this quite basic idea but I believe for true equailty one should be able to laugh at anything (even if it is a fairly average joke). @MsTiberiius I've been to my share of interviews where a woman just gets up and threatens to sue us over gender bias when we reject her, for the simple fact that someone else who just happens to be a man is more qualified than her. We can easily crush the law suit like a bug but sometimes we give in because it's cheaper to hire this moron than fight a lawsuit. If a man does that he'd just get laughed off, no matter what race he is. It's ridiculous, and your complaints just make me angry.

im not saying men are "smarter" than women, but it is true that the way their brains are wired they are more inclined to be logical, compared to a womans who is wired for more feelings and emotion. of course, there are always exceptions. overall though, i feel that men and women are not the same, and therefore should be treated differently. no gender should be treated as second class citizens, they are both extremely important. but they should not be treated the same.

That was quite an interesting time reading these comments. People sure do some amusing things. Well, first of all, I'd have to say this reminded me of the play, "A Doll's House" by Henrik Ibsen. The problem was, men could be interdependent and support themselves. Back in the day women couldn't. They HAD to marry to be able to survive. While men had the choice of staying single since they could always support themselves since they were allowed to have high paying jobs. So it wasn't all cut out for women.
