This is not ASR. It is EDL (electronic differential lock).
ASR is only reducing the speed of the wheel until you get some traction. You don't have any traction on your right front wheel in this test. The car is moving(0.00 - 0.31) because EDL is transferring the torque to the left front wheel.
@GoniOTR ASR and EDL are in one dependent system. Disabling one of them should put the other one off as well. Otherwise I don't see any other explanation. In this example this car cannot get so much grip on that wheel only with ASR.
