  • Egotistical bastards! If you have not cooked these wings then don't say anything about how bad of an idea it is. Simply shrug your shoulders, and say I guess and move on with your life. Or was daddy to hard on you and you can't enjoy life? Ignore the things you can't change and do something about the things you can like watching something else. :)

I dont know who You are... but i Hope You are not a cook.... for Your information You shouldn't cook a chicken more than 65/68 degree C at the heart or will be the same texture of my "All Star" soles!

    Based on your experience my friend, you should know that one of best things a cook can do, is to create a great dish of parts that could be 2nd class..

  • @85hastasiempre have you ever cooked chicken wings? they take longer than other parts of the chicken because its mostly tendons and sinue, and the meat is tough. not only that but unless you fry wings or double cook them the skin will stay loose and flappy instead of crispy. and hes marinating for 10 seconds because hes on tv, every tv cookign show just shows you how to do it in 10 seconds, you seriously think they will film a guy standing there for 6 hours as his meat is marinating?

  • I made these today with legs, thighs and wings. These are the Shiznit!!!!!!! I thought the wings would've been too small so I went the chicken pieces. Awesome. I have to agree with thatbastardson.....Just a few extra punds on this guy. But look at Emerills transformation...lol Try this recipe it's great

She was eating them and saying how good they were, and he was looking at her like he was about to laugh, cause he knew they tasted like charcol. Mind you, if she cooked it right, it looks like a awesome dish.

  • I love watching his show...he seems so down to earth. He is also the only one who regularly actually feeds people on his show. I also like the fact that he talks not only of food, but Italy's regional wines. Excellent!

  • I hope you're goddamn kidding. Batali actually took his time learning ingredients and methods in Italy. Emeril learned how to combine pork with pork fat, probably at a Yankees game. Paula Deen is just a dunce.

  • You being a bit harsh on Emeril. Yes Batali is his superior as an actual chef, but Emeril is a fine chef by himself and has some VERY good restaurants to prove it. It's just that he's stuck in a song and dance routine for Food Network. Emeril can actually cook.
