Trust me I researched the web for hours and at widows mite hsn they looked awsom and are supposeto be museum quality.Its a deal look up yhe prices.You can find them cheap on ebay and other similar sites but u gotta have a pay pal account.thats gonna cost u plus u aint guarenteed a coin.maybe they will scam u.at the site I used is for damn sure real and coin comes with certificate of authenticity its kool..trust me I searched save ur self the damn hassle and your hard earned money ..peace..

You can buy them on Ebay..I'm not 100 percent sure if its authentic. But the person I bought it from did say it is. It probably is real. If its a replica of an actual 2000 year old coin then that's still pretty cool.

In fact many,many wonderful stories and discoveries never make it to our televisions or newspapers. Everything is screened here and controlled.

A lot of folks are asking (some sincerely) how do we know a coin belongs to a particular period. Mostly from the inscription on the coin. Roman coins are quite easy to date. For example a denarius of Nero with COS I (the title of his first consulship) pinpoints the coin to a date of 55AD. Jims coin was issued under Alexander Jannaeus, a Judean 'client' king supported by the Seleucid empire, which ruled Judea before the Romans arrived.

Good question. I did do some research and it is in fact a widows myte.These coins are from Israel. They find them in various ways. In clay containers or just in the ground.I do have a certificate of authenticity also. But I'm not going to have them carbon dated since I do not believe carbon dating to be accurate.Its just an old coin not a human skull.
