the record sounds like this...theirs nothing wrong with his needles...the track was was ripped frrom a really old tape,or reel recording...its meant to sound crackly!!!
needle on your turntable is shit.use distilled water on record to take out static hiss.leave a strip of water while playing.and next time dont record this through a blender.
Nice one. I remember Tim Westwood playing this on pirate radio in London back around 1985. I always thought it was a tape, never knew it was on vinyl.
anyone know where i can find this? im 15 an im findin it real hard tryna get this, i cant buy online and i check every music store for this, i could download it but thats a last resort for me, i like to have the actual cd's/tapes of my old skool albums, please help, i jus hate it coz i wasnt around 3years ago to buy it myself
Not sure you'll find a cd/tape version, but vinyls is fairly available. I found my copy on Discogs - there are still copies but youtube won't let me type the link. Just try googling Afrika Bambaataa The Death Mix, the Discogs entry should show up. Prices are in £'s and I'm not sure what country you're in, but I imagine some sellers will post overseas. You could always try the old favourites, Amazon & ebay, and sites like Vinyl Tap and Rare Records and similar.
@psykick77 Heyyyyy THANKS....I got this "RECORD" when it first came out when I was DJing in NYC and I just LOVED the intro....Who knew this was The Jackson 5......
