  • Couldn't they have chosen 7 year olds?

  • I wanna see the play D: and im 17, AND I STILL LOVE THE BOOKS.

  • uh no offence but its a bit freaky that the characters were played by old people. 5th graders would have been a little cuter.

  • I seriously wanna go back and read all those books again....

  • i always loved "that Grace" XD and Junie B Jones was my favorite series when I was 8.

  • @JanuaryBlack1996 So glad to hear! It was a fun show for our young audiences!

  • 6 years old teenagers... o_o"

  • JUNIE IS A TEEN LOL

  • This is not the Junie B Jones I grew up with!

  • That was stupid. If this shows the old Junie. B, why does she have glasses? She only gets them when she's at first grade!

  • @indigojanuary Thanks for commenting. This is a slideshow of an adaptation of the books. We unfortunately can't fit all the stories into one play so we have to make some adjustments.

  • Junie. B looks a bit like Lisa Arch.

  • @indigojanuary She looks like she would have been great! This actress' name is Jamey Hood.

  • i love junnie b!

  • @dustyhammy123 The show was great and a real hit! It seems lot people love Junie B.!

  • this is really dumbe i even have a magic pengin as a grandpa

  • boring!

  • @mfnproductions Sorry you felt that way. What you did see was a just a slide show of what are usually full length productions that happen at our theatre!

  • i no hoo's grace lucille and junie, but y r they adults?

  • @butterflygirl52 SCRs agreement w/ the actors union, Equity, stipulates that we must use professional actors 4 all our productions, including Theatre for Young Audiences. Although there R professional child actors in LA, it would be prohibitively expensive for us to employ them because the child-labor laws that cover Hollywood's use of under-age performers also cover us which means we would have to hire a tutor for each child actor, more than doubling the cost for the talent in every show.

  • um............ oooook

  • I go to scr and are in the jr players classes

Saw this show and thought it was hillarious

  • @THEREALLIFEANDTIMES Thanks so much! We're looking forward to this Season of the TYA shows! Sideways Stories, Lucky Duck and The Emperor's New Clothes!

  • 1 question: why are there adults playing kids?
