Why don't the United Nations ask richer countries to contribute money for flood defense projects in nations which are always flooded?
So much talk goes into the causes of climate change control, when thousands of towns and villages are flooded constantly. Better drainage and outlets leading to rivers need to be built for the flood waters to be channelled into dams/reservoirs or sent out ot sea.
Taxes will just be taken and absorbed into Government tax systems without helping poorer regions.
