I think it might be fake. There's no flash from the gun the first time the clerk actually hits him although their were flashes from the guns before. That's all that's convincing me that it's fake...
BTW from a legal standpoint, if you shoot someone after they cease to be a threat, you lose the self defence defence. So no capping them after they are down. Even in Texas.
@sudburylawyer actually even if they are down if they have a gun in their hands they are still a threat and leathal force is still allowed as a last resort. you can fire a gun just as easily from the groung as standing ,I still don't think this is real tho

I'm not thinking from a game, i know the difference between real weapons and game bullshit. These muzzle flashes are just big transparent yellow/white elipses superimposed on. I wasnt saying there was a problem with him fighting back! just the suspiciously well timed and co-ordinated ducking and shooting.

Its VERY fake. Look at the flash from the guns. It is very obvious that this was added post production.
Very well done and the guy who 'gets shot' does a nice job of falling back when 'hit'.
They need to use better software for the muzzle flash or make it more subtle.
