  • you can do it!! i had a 36 hour induced unmedicated birth!! i had two doulas and a midwife too - good luck!!!

  • @duckduckgander Thank you!

  • You say "so" a lot, lol. I will start doing a "so" counter for your videos lol

  • @ZaireBellaHill :) I realized how much I said it when I was editing!

  • I hope it all goes well with the natural birth. I am still deciding on what I want to do!

  • @For1love10 Thank you! Good luck to you!

  • Sounds like a great plan! And I think you will do fabulous! Between the doula and the water, I'm sure it will be WAY easier to manage pain!! Micah was really glad we had the doula for the same reasons as John :)

  • @hailiesue17 Thanks love! I'm so excited to experience it!!

  • How long after the birth do you stay at the birth center for? Just curious.. here it is about 4 hours, I think they said.

I know you can do it! You are one tough momma!

  • @JenNTim509 Thanks my love! If I am Group B Strep Positive (I was with Kaine) then I have to stay for 18 hours. If not, I stay for 12 :)

  • Hope it all goes well for you, you've def got a plan and it's great you'll have all theat support. Girl you can do anything if you went 22 hours last time before the epidural. so exciting :)

  • @LouLou230705 Thank you so much!

  • Hey Emerald:-)

My kids just saw Kaine in the video~ they said he's really cute:-)

    He's getting so big, Enjoy Enjoy Enjoy~ ~ ~

As far as going natural you'll be just fine.

I had all my children natural as well, I would do it again. I think it's great you're creating your own experience. I Wish 3 hours or less for you:-) "sMile"

    TaKe caRe~ Xoxx~ Have a Super Weekend~

    hugS to Kaine~

  • @caja1111 :) Thank you!

  • I love the name Karsyn , does it have a meaning ?? And Kaine is adorable xx :)

  • @23brathan23 Thank you so much!! Karsyn is a variation of "Carson" and it doesn't have a meaning. I just thought the spelling was cute :)

  • lol Kaine is so busy in your video

  • @liza602 He sure is!! He's definitely a character!

  • Kaine is such a hoot. I think you will have a beautiful, natural delivery. Do they offer things such as squatting chairs or anything else? Also do you have an alternative birth plans if Karsyn has a breech presentation? Would you still deliver her at the birth center and if so, do they have medical support available should Karsyn have complications from a breech delivery?

  • @EAGERMOM Thank you :) Kaine is a mess!! They DO offer things like birth chairs, birthing balls, etc.! I completely forgot to mention them :) I plan to do most of my laboring in the water, though :) If Karsyn is breech or if any complications arise, we are only 3 mins. away from the nearest hospital! The birth center doesn't deliver breech babies, so I PRAY that she will be head down and ready to go!!

  • Em, I'm listening. I just can't stop giggling over Kaine. He's just too adorable. LOL. I think everything will be just fine. I'm excited for you and can hardly wait for her arrival. Two cutie pies to gush over!

  • @SParkApCider Lol!! Thank you so much darling!! I'm SO excited to meet her and to see Kaine's reaction to her!

  • Your tough, it can be done women have been doing it for year.I had natural by accident labour was fast only 5-6 hour, when I got to the hospital I was 4 cm and in an hour I was 10cm but it hurt like hell, next time I want all the drugs I can get.I was in a birth centre so no epidural, they have a drug called pethidine but I didn't have anything. Prepare yourself by drinking red raspberry leaf tea from 34 weeks and do lots of walking,I think it really helped me dilate quick. Water can speed up

  • @millyb83 Thank you for the tips! I definitely plan to do everything in my power to prepare my body!!

  • Ahh no meds! I'll be pulling for you though girl. Can't wait to see what Karson (hope I spelled it right) looks like. :)

  • @twisteddresdendoll :) Thank you!! I can't wait to see what Karsyn looks like either! I picture her being a female version of Kaine, lol!!

  • I hope everything goes well for you. I think a water birth sounds really great. I've heard similar things about how it can help relieve pain. Good luck!

  • @jollyjess6 Thank you so much!!

  • I just delievered my dd#2 this morning at 1:18am with no pain reliefe. And as BeezisExpecting said it does HURT like hell but once baby was born it was so worth the pain. I am so happy I stuck to the plan and didnt break down. Good Luck with the medication free delivery, I know you can do it. I am the biggest wuss when it comes to pain and I did it so I know you can.

  • @Megnel02 Congrats to you! I'm actually not even worried about the pain! I'm worried about being in labor for HOURS like I was with Kaine and my body stalling again! I needed pitocin w/ him and I definitely don't want to do that again!!

  • Yahhhh!Natural birth!

  • @mary77able1 :)

  • he's so sweet.

    sounds great, best wishes!

  • @ReillyAJ Thank you!!

  • Your son is sooo cute he made me laugh the entire time you were talking. Good Luck with the no medication decision. I know I will be requesting and epidurial as soon as the first pain hits lol.

  • @4uTink Thank you so much :)

  • I think it's awesome that your giving birth naturally. Do they care pitocin, just in case its needed or is it a 100% naturally all the way?

  • @lexcel77 :) There is no pitocin! If my labor were to stall for any reason, I would either wait it out or opt to go to the hospital. I was SSOOO exhausted w/ Kaine's labor and delivery b/c I walked for HOURS each day before he arrived! I plan to sit around like a beached whale, that way I'll be nice and relaxed for this birth and hopefully won't stall :)

  • @lexcel77 Generally, freestanding birth centers carry pitocin for after the birth to stop a hemorrhage after delivering the placenta or to help the placenta come out. If pitocin is needed for a stalled labor, it is necessary to transfer care to a hospital, as using pitocin can lower blood pressure and cause stronger contractions than without it. Both mother and baby need to be monitored after it is given so a freestanding birth center wouldn't use it for that purpose.

  • I almost had my daughter in the car with almost no pain just cramping feeling but my son birth was so painful he was only 3lb and 13oz but he was still a painful birth. Im praying that it goes by almost painless. And after she is born ti keep the jealousy down make sur u include kaine in things like getting a pamper or bibs etc.

  • @babycake2005 Thank you! It's insane that you had no pain w/ your daughter! It would be amazing if I had a painless l&d!! I definitely plan to keep Kaine extremely involved! I think he'll be a great big brother...he's SO gentle :)

  • It is not as bad as people make it! I did it naturally with my first child. The contractions hurt like hell but it went by so fast.

  • @BeezisExpecting The fact that my labor was 31 hours w/ my son, I definitely don't believe that, lol! My contractions were HORRIBLE and lasted 1 minute and were every 2 mins. apart. I think that everyone has a different tolerance for pain, and I actually consider mine to be really high!

  • @edhill1988 lol! My labor was actually 22 hours but my contractions weren't bad until they broke my water...then all hell broke loose. Right after they broke it, a hour went by and my little man was here

  • Good luck and safe delivery!! :)

  • @camoyam Thank you!!!

  • I hope it all goes as you would like it too!! Praying for a short labor and quick water birth! :) You are going to do great!!

  • @dreamflight6000 Thank you so much, Amy!! I hope your labor goes exactly as you want it to also!!!

  • You freaking go, girl!!! I had my first baby at home and it was wonderful. I attempted a homebirth with my second, but that didn't work out. My labor stalled so we had to go to the hospital for pitocin. Natural birth is so wonderful. My first was born in the water and you have a wonderful plan to have a doula with you. I'm so happy for you and I wish you a very easy and steady labor. Not quick because that can be traumatic too. I'm rooting for you. Ask me anything. I've done L&D twice already.

  • @kemicutie Thank you so much!!!! I definitely don't want a quick labor, but I don't want another 31 hour one :) You are AWESOME for having a homebirth!

  • @edhill1988 Thanks! I know what you mean. My first was 33 hours from the first contraction and breaking waters and my second was posterior and it took 40 hours for him to get out. Not fun...So I know a little about wanting a nice second labor. I hope that maybe when I have my third baby (still trying for a girl) that she'll be gentle on a girl and come out in less than 10 hours. Now that would be heaven.

  • Oh and did I mention that your little guy Kaine is so sweet!?! He's so cute and I love his doll eyes. They're so nice and big! You make cute babies. I'm so happy you and your husband are having more.

  • @kemicutie Aww!! Thank you! You are TOO sweet :)

  • Good Luck! :-)

  • @kahleentenshi Thank you so much!!

  • Kaine is super cute:)

  • @sonofmog Thank you :)
