  • FE big block fords drive girls nuts

  • sweet. except im disaponted you didnt fire it up in this video. I have the same engine in my 66 F-250. would LOVE to hear yours for some inspiration.

  • very cool no doubt

  • Well, Ford made a 352HP (one HP per inch) motor option back then that was no slouch in the era. Central Oregon? Tires no problem with a Les Schwab down the road. Why don't you narrow the rear-end and pro-street it? She would fit right in at the high desert shows. Fun, go for it.

  • @bindinglines 1960 ford made the 352 with 360 hp

  • wow, 352's arent too common. That is totally awsome!

  • He's got the compression, the cam, and the right heads; it is very well possible to make those numbers. I got a '68 390 with 9.7:1 compr, lunati voodoo cam 262/268, 219/227, .540"/.552", Hooker super comp long tubes, Streetmaster 390 single plane and edelbrock 750. And I am running rebuilt HP 390 heads, not ported, but with the larger valves, and I am making around 400 solid HP and about 460 ft-lb torque. I think this guys HP numbers are very attainable with the parts that he has listed.

  • All you need to do now is learn how to write without cursing!

  • 360s and 390s use the same rods....

  • no they dont 390 427 406 410 428 use the same rods 360 352 use the same

  • i just got an 66 ford w/ a 352, can i put 390 crank and rods in it, and what are good heads for a ford, like some type of fuelie heads?? is it possible to put cobra jet heads on it? any help would be great

  • the only help i could help with is you could put some 352 rods and a crank because a 352 and a 390 are the same block

  • Hey, nice build!

My only recommendation is to put in a built AOD instead of a C6 and keep your current rear gears!!

    I'm currently building a 428 stroker for my 69 F-250. Somewhere around 465 cubes.

  • thats my very weired brother o.o

  • haha im 16 too, got my first car at the age of 9. im workin on a 1975 F350 that im puttin a 65 390 in with 300*/514" lunati cam . and when i say this im not tryin to be a dick but i got headers, cam, and a 750 holley double pumper, on a single plane alum. intake , w 10.9-1 comp. ratio and im only gunna be makin around 370hp and 470tq, so i think whatever you dynoed it on was a little off.

  • Nice!

  • i have the same truck with a 352 4 barrel four speed

  • The 360 is the worst FE not the 352. So why didn't you go with a 390 rotating assembly?

  • i dont get it eaither then hed a had a nice 380ci FE.

  • Awesome! You took the crappiest motor of the FE series and made it woop ass! I salute thee!

  • What's crappy about the 352 ? Sure they don't make much power but all the ones I have seen are very reliable. We even have one it has sat for years several times, Pour gas in it turn the key it cranks a few times and off it goes. The engine is very worn out too ( when you crank the engine you will see blow by coming out the oil fill tube) Sadly we are going to use the engine and put a new cam and timing chain due to shortage of time and money. If it doesn't work then we need to build a 390

  • @eddiehenjr my 66 with a 352 has about 300,000 miles on it and it still ran great. now its being bored and stroked, 4brl carb, mild cam, and headman headers. but its still gonna be the factory block
