People have told me about larger streaks they have gotten, such as one guy who got 38, but then again that person didn't enter the contest. I was just lucky enough to have the highest streak out of every one who entered.

Hes pretty easy to kill dude, all you need is about two shotguns and a handgun, then all you need to do is go on high ground and he'll eventually start going in the same places, you simply shoot him when he stops and let him drive off then do the same when he comes back.
