  • do they stress crack easily? or chip easily? or razor tail easily?

  • @SkateboarderOfChrist The older generation of decks did stress crack pretty easily and all the way down the board. This one doesn't unless you skate it for a while, so no not easily. They don't necessarily chip easily, but if u hit it just right on something sharp it may. Razor tail isn't so bad either. At least for me. the new generation of decks are better on all accounts tho. Review will come in future

  • @SkateIslam ok thanks, i'm definitely going to order a dont touch my wood one.. it looks pretty sick

  • @SkateIslam btw sorry for commenting a bunch on a bunch of ur vids, i just really like ur vids and ive been watching ur vids for the past like 2 years. and i really like ur attitude towards stuff and that uve inspired me alot in skateboarding

  • @SkateboarderOfChrist Don't be sorry man, i appreciate the support, and i'm glad that i can inspire you as well as entertain you. I'm grateful for all my subscribers i wouldn't be where i am without all of you. Thanks :)

  • do u recomend them

  • @iSK84G0D ya i do, especially the new deck that just came out. I have it i'm gonna do a review.

  • @SkateIslam which new one? the owl& cat one?

  • @iSK84G0D they redesigned all their boards. they are now 4 plys maple 2 plys bamboo, and they are really nice. The owl and cat is the 4th generation deck and it's nice.

  • I want to try one so bad, but i cant. :(

  • @MySKAT3Channel :( sorry, hope u can try one sometime.

  • i ran mine over with a car

    still works lmao

  • @jeffhardybros3 ya dude these decks are crazy. i think i mentioned in here how my friends deck went out into the street and got ran over by 3 cars and he still skated it!

  • @SkateIslam dang i would have loved to see that :)

  • i got the board in last week and got my trucks and wheels yesterday night and skated it all day today and it is great

  • @superpokemon567 that's awesome dude. Glad u like it. Skateboarding rules

  • Where do you buy em' at?

  • @EnragedSausage these are from bamboosk8.

  • ITs 25 dollers what do u expect

  • @180closetskateshop1 It was better than what i expected for 25 dollars. My review was mostly positive. I can't wait to try out the new boards they are gonna make so i can see how those are.

  • yeah the bigger boards have more shape because theres more space for the concave the bend up.if you think about it it makes alot of sense

  • @DontHateOnBodowned yup that's right

  • How is the concave? it looks really mellow

  • @poisonjunebug it's like medium concave i think i said that. I'd say medium to mellow. But they are coming out with new decks in february that imma try out. new construction.

  • thanks, im gonna sub

  • @poisonjunebug Thank you much man. It's greatly appreciated :)

  • 6:06 yummy

  • the crack dident go all the way through cuz the top 2 plys r maple and the bottom 3 r bamboo

  • between both maple and bamboo decks which one dosen't flex the most and which board would you consider

  • @superpokemon567 bamboo decks flex more. think of a solid broomstick, and think of a stick of bamboo. the bamboo flexes, but it's not a bad thing it's not flimsy. If you've been skating maple for all your other decks i definitely suggest trying a bamboo board since they are cheaper, ecofriendly, and look and feel as good if not better in some aspects than a maple board.

  • @SkateIslam thanks. after watching your videos on bamboo boards,i waited until i had the money i wanted to get one.

  • @superpokemon567 I'm glad to hear that man, i really try to take notice of all the things people wanna know about their skateboard and make a honest informative video for people to make decisions. You should like your board and if u get it tell me how u like it.

  • Do they chip easily ?

  • @jairhumphrey not really. the best thing you can do to avoid getting chips in your board anyways is not throw it or hit it on the ground. I know a few people that do that and always mess up their boards for no reason.

  • What is the worst thing about the deck ?

  • @jairhumphrey When u say the worst thing about the deck it might make it seem worse than it actually is. But if i had to decide i'd say the worst part about the deck is getting old. Just like any other deck, the affects of skating it for a long time is the worst that can happen. Otherwise it's a fine and dandy deck.

  • you look like the guy from workaholics

  • is the bored heavy?

  • @adamc2599 no they are actually lighter than your average maple deck.

  • Worth a try! Now i only need to wait a year 'till i can skate again... sucks!!!

  • @b0redavid dam dude, why can't u skate for a year?

  • what do you mane by soggy ?

  • @killermiller213 By soggy it's how i refer to the board loosing it's stiffness. When the board is new and u start skatin it, it's pretty nice and stiff, how i might describe as "crisp". After skating any deck for a while, they get "soggy" pretty much.

  • OMG LOL AT 6:07 !!!!!!! and nice review bro!

  • @coolerkid220 hahaha thanks man. Glad u liked it.

  • it sucks that on their website shipping for one board to the united kingdom is $117.99 just for a blank deck! not even including the deck price.... :(

  • @pottoe3 dammmmmm, man that's super expensive. That totally sucks. Sorry to hear that :(

  • I have 3 questions!

#1: What type of trucks do you skate?

#2: What Wheels do you skate?

#3: What shoe type do you skate?

  • @TheUnstopableBVBsARM Currently, Thunder trucks, Random blank wheels that i found in the trash, and an Old pair of vans that i switched too because all my shoes are worn away.

  • @SkateIslam lol

  • u need to get dreads man

  • @CurranWilliamson that would be pretty rad man.

  • Very well done my friend! Definitely sparked some interest in me! The closest I've skated to a bamboo deck was the Good Wood one a while back, but only one ply was bamboo, the rest wood.

Again, great work man. Skate nerd to skate nerd, thanks for the data! Peace!!!

  • @grimcity Thanks dood! Means a lot coming from you. I remember seeing that review you did over the good wood board haha. They are sending me a new deck in february it's a new construction, they said it's gonna blow all the previous decks away. So i'm stoked to see what's in store for this new deck. I'll be reviewing that too of course.

  • @SkateIslam

    Sick! Can't wait man!!!

  • is the grip they give u good

i bought one of these decks a couple years ago and the grip tape sucked

did the grip improve at all?

  • @stormybagel The black griptape is probably equivalent to jessup in terms of grippiness. The grip works fairly nicely. If your someone who is anal about grip you might have an issue, but really i think it's good.

  • Thanks for the positive review! #1 feature of BambooSK8 decks is POP, #2 is STRENGTH and #3 is SUSTAINABILITY. Brand new deck design is coming out February 2012. Thanks!

  • thank u 4 listnin 2 my idea

i had no idea they were bamboo! dat must hav been way expensive lol

  • @thund3rknows Ya man, i hope you liked it. I'm always open to people's ideas.

  • how is that clear grip tape possible to make

  • @suicidalpanda789 good question i really have no idea. Try looking it up somehow.

  • @suicidalpanda789 I have clear grip on my bamboo skate deck - I guess sand and glass are essentially the same thing so maybe it's just heated sand? Looks great though - lets that nice bamboo show. Course, it's meaningless in the UK cause our weather sucks and it gets messed up pretty quickly.

  • @PortraitMeta Element what? A deck? trucks, wheels? And they've got a lot of different decks and stuff too. But i'm able to do a much better review on bamboo since I skate them a lot, and my friends skate them so i get a lot of input on them.

  • BambooSK8 is the BOMB!!!

  • @TheBaustin Bamboosk8 is gr8! They've been doing some good stuff, and they got more good stuff coming i'm sure.

  • what size are those?

  • @ezjay11 8 inch.

  • PENIS!
