Hello from Germany! Very good! Only one minor thing:
Erlkönig is a shortning for ERLENkönig.
That means "Aldersking". The invisable tree king that lives between the dark trees (alders / Erlen) at the wayside.
It´s a common error of the English speakers that Erlkönig would mean Elf-King.
It has a little to do with the old link between the old pagan Germans and their trees and deep dark forrests and their old pagan nature-religion that had a lot to do with those trees.
@megatwingo The original story is Danish and the "Erlkonig" is actually elverkongen which means Elf King. It could be an intentional change by the German who originally translated the Danish story into German, but it some people believe it actually may have been an error.
@megatwingo I have a question if you don't mind (you don't have to answer if you don't want to) Does "Elfen Lied" mean "Elf's Song"? Or is that wrong? D:
"bubbaXzone" if u watch it again read this and ill tell u =D the story is that the boy can see an evil spirit but the father can not so no matter how manny times the child tells him hes in danger he does not believe him so he becomes panicked by the spirits words but even so the father can not see or believe...so the evils spirit kills the child to take him away in the end the spirit was acually there just only seen bythe boy =D nice story
^^Wow look at those dislikes^^

This is absolutely incredible. I love the vocal changes to distinguish between each role. My favorite, thus far, on youtube.
