  • Igbo language has a "CENTRAL Core" that every Igbo person speaks and understands. Some regions of the Igboland have little differences in USE of letters to form "verbs" and "nouns"Examples:Onitsha says"Ila mmanya"(to drink Alcohol)"Ira mmiri"(to make clouds rain),Rest say"In'u mmanya/mmiri"(to drink alcohol/water)."Igha mmiri"(to make clouds rain).Anambra and Enugu States say"Afa"(name),"Ife"(something),"Uno"(house).Imo and Abia States say"Aha", "Ihe", "Ulo" etc. From Ezeokoli Eric(Aguata).CA,USA

  • old skool all d same

  • Ain't nothing like old school!

  • I so love it!!!

  • been there....done it...awesome

  • Anyukuo mmamari onu ogba ufufu. Igbo Kwenu

  • u are great with ur song and ur style,d sound of d ichaka reminds me when we used to play d masquerade during ofala festival.nice song

  • I do not see anything wrong remaking old songs like this guy tired to do. But the fact that he didn't make any effort to learn or understand the lyrics of the original song or even change them altogether to his and the understanding of listeners, made this song disgusting , to say the least. Knowing the song he attempted to sing, this is everything but a copyright ; a "copywrong" most definitely.

  • love it

  • 777777777777777777

  • My Brother! those people who think if your from Africa your automatically live with wild animals is bcoz of what they are seeing on TV etc., the only what they are showing people about Africa is wild animals esp. in Europe etc.

  • Am Igboman from Igboland What can I do as Igboman to stop this discrimination and hatred between the Igbos?

  • Lool Even though this aint ma type of music

    This still cums ardd

    Igboo Landdd!

  • My sister was in this video. She was murdered by a zebra.

  • Silly comment, but funny. We don't have Zebras in Igboland. You've got to go to Kenya or SA.

  • @nnaamen i no most people think if your from Africa you automatically live with wild animals -_-

  • for real sugar? LOL Zebra don't kill humans for nothing can u tell us wht ur sis did with the zebra for it to kill her. Zebras don't have horns nor claws still wondering tho how ur sis get killed

  • For real my brother. It was magic from the doctor. They put a spell on her. Basically one night she went to sleep and woke up feeling very sensual. She left the hut and she dissapeared into the nights. We all wonder where is my sister? The next day they found her dead body trampled by Zebra because she had tried to love them in her sensual heat.

  • plzzz I can't stop laughing...LMAO... magic spell? Plzzz no Zebra kill humans, they'll rather run away from u if u r violent. Tell me another story of ur sis sensual behaviour with a lion then after her sensual heat the lion ate her up. BESTIALITY only whites

  • @sugar240682 LMAO u are funny!

  • You can tell that this is the origin of Cuban/ Afro Latino music like salsa.

  • Nice old lyrics from Igboland.Culture is very important even here in Germany, but the background photo do not fit in with the song idiomatic expressions,i think the Hurt from the background do not represent Igboland,so we have to be real in our Igboland Culture.

  • I do not understand the song, but i just love it. Am zambian- WHERE is the guy from?

  • He is from Nigeria, and he is from Igbo, Imo State. I 'm from Onitsha but the dialete is different.

  • @tagbovalentine there is no way that man is from Imo state biko! He isn't from onitsha either....He is definitely from Anambra tho...maybe Nnewi.

Some of these songs are copyrights of old owerri (Imo state songs)...so he tries to imitate them...however, when u listen well, u'll notice that his true dialect is Anambra.

  • @chinma85 thats true know.... but raggs 1 thing 4 sure... he's Nigerian... all day bavekasha

  • most relaxing song ever, It takes me back to the days in owerri when we did nothing but chill and have fun, but now things have changed.

  • fake fake fake, it sucks, original was peacock and it was way better, faster and more upbeat like this. This is a joke

  • not bad. its a copyright and shldnt sound exactly like the old one, ok? the original is better though

  • i na ekwuyeli

  • Who sang the original of the first song,i remember hearing this on FRCN as a child.

  • I am so honored and luv being IGBO :D

  • nkwa ndi igbo...were ya gaba!!! O' ebe ano.each time I listen it it, it reminds me of my sweet Biafran mother land...a land of warriors and wealth...a tribe so rich in culture.

  • These r korrect jams!!!!

    Loves it!

  • O boy,you are great.i deeply appreciate your lyrics.u make me remembers early 80's in our Igboland during the natural traditional marriages.thanks alot for this piece of our culture, keep it coming.....

  • If you want to sing original OWERRI song, please learn owerri and get ir right! It´s a complete mess! What is uwa nle..e..weee? Good luck!

  • What's old skool about this? Are you guys on something? The singing is ok but the beat is crap and typical of the post 1990s Nigerian nonsense. Osadebe, Oriental Bros, Celestine Ukwu, Egedege, Christy Igbokwe, Oliver, Show Promoter, Harcourt Whyte, Prince Nico, Muddy Ibe, Warrior, Obi Igwe, Okwey, Joe Nez, Ali Chuks etc are old skool. 7 Stars is far from being an old skool folks. Unless you live in some "cuckoo land" of modern Nigeria where we celebrate mediocrity, then this is your old skool!

  • egwu nke a bu ebeano; this is what we need to refresh our minds and remind us where we all came from.....ty for posting this wonderful video.
