Hyman Roth had picked Moe Green to be his replacement. He's lying when he says, "nobody knows who gave the order" he already knows at this point that Michael did it. And despite his "strictly business" speech, you can see how angry he is when he says it. He's taking this VERY very personally.

Read the other comments. Decent video's get removed by YouTube. Many have tried to upload pieces of the Godfather in high definition. The film studios hire people who scan the internet (especially YouTube) for copyright infringement. Video's are found and removed just a few hours after their uploaded. They use computer programs to search for copyrighted material and then they force YouTube to remove it. Crappy, two minute video's get a pass. But the rest is removed.

@WiseGuy5674 If you haven't noticed, most of the clean clips of all three Godfather films have been bumped from Youtube (probably a copyright infringement issue) accept for some real short clips that do not extend past 3:00 minutes or so. Somehow, if you download a video clip of you "video taping" a movie from a room, etc. . . that doesn't infringe upon the owner's rights.

Roth puts Michael in his place. This scene, along with the Fredo "I'm Smart" and Don Corleone at the funeral parlor with Sonny's dead body are the three best scenes in the trilogy. This scene is epic
