  • she cant talk and keep going at the same time. its good information but she needs to continue the excersize because you end up doing one side longer then the other cause your not sure if you stretching or listening to her talk. she should have sum movies of just doing the excersizes \ stretches with txt on the bottom of what is next. and the position

  • im a baker and my shoulders really take a beating. I try to do yoga as often as I can to work out the stress and this has been a great help. thank you so much. peace and blessings =)

    When doing the eagle arms (and I've noticed this before) my left shoulder is dramatically tighter than the right. Do you know what causes that to happen?
